Solution-Focused vs. Problem-Focused
The difference between solution-focused coaching and traditional therapy is that we focus on what works rather than what doesn’t work. What is a source of strength you can draw on? What are the characteristics of a good life? How can we draw on that to create your success?
I don’t even need to know what’s bugging you! What I’m more concerned with is, what’s right with you? By accessing your own resources, strengths and opportunities, you can create the positive outcome you desire. It is these small steps that become the building blocks of an entirely different kind of future.

How does it work?
We do an established number of coaching sessions (usually 4-6) working with a mixture of positive psychology and energy psychology (EFT, NLP, hypnosis and more), which means you don’t need to keep coming back again and again.
It is common for clients to achieve emotional balance and begin to live life more purposefully right away!

My clients often come to me during transition times – career changes, pregnancy, divorce, etc., but many are just looking for some fine tuning, to tap into their own internal resources and start living from a place of pure power.
