The everyBody Beautiful program was created for one simple reason: for 90% of us, diets don’t work. This is because diets don’t address two key issues: 1) those pesky emotions that push our buttons, and 2) the thoughts you think when you look in the mirror.
Like everything, it all comes down to love. This program uses EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to clear out the mental clutter that’s preventing you from loving your body fully and completely.
When we live from a place of pure empowerment, temptations melt away. And I promise you this: freedom is the tastiest dish you’ll ever eat.
What EFT is…
